Our story

We started Olamee after watching good people burn out on bad software.

Our co-founders spent a combined twenty years in HR teams that lived in spreadsheets. They saw their best recruiters quit not because hiring was hard — but because the tools made every day harder than it needed to be.

Olamee is the answer to that. A playful, opinionated platform that treats people ops like the craft it is. We build for HR leaders the way Linear builds for engineers — with taste, with respect, and with a sense of humor.
